It so fascinates me to see friendships being broken over business decisions people make to leave or to join a company. I have been watching leaders who have made a decision to move on to different companies as they felt compelled it was the best decision for their families. All of the sudden the people who where friends or mentors un-friend them or even start rumors and de - edify the person that just a few month ego was a super hero, thinking that this will hopefully prevent people to follow them. What you do is create more doubt and dis believe in the remaining leadership and give leaders who left reasons to justify and dislike your company or leadership and it back fires on you exponentially. Instead of focusing on how to move forward and inspire people, you spit in the well you might be drinking from. This only creates more anger and conflict for you. I have never seen any one win this way. Evaluate your heart dont look at people as volume but look at people as value and you will see you will attract more awesome people into your business by creating positive energy. If not YOU will lose the ones that you have left. I have seen this mistake done over and over again. People join People not Companies!!! There are 6 Billion People on the Planet and Room for many to succeed. #GOPro #LoveWins #LiveHappy
