It starts to be more provocative hearing westerners such the general romeo dalaire who have always playing on a "split and lead strategy", a strategy that destroyed africa under colonialisme and which took life of million rwandan hutus in rwanda of 1994. His UN military forces MINUAR actively supportet tusti rebels against Habyarimanas hutu forces and successfully managed to remove the hutu regime on the profit of the tusti rebels RPF, the now leading political party in Rwanda. Dallaire speaks now about child soldiers among the hutu forces of the 1994 in Rwanda without giving any objective evidences rather than his subjective meanings motivated by the side he has been supporting. In contrary this canadian general should give a clear explanation for which reasons made him to use the UN resources like cars to support tusti rebels that have been today prooven to have used child soldiers such as Bosco Ntaganda who is now under the arrest of the international criminal court of Hague in Nederland. It seems like this canadian general dallaire is focusing his hatretes attack against the survirved rwandan hutu children that today are struggling with theier freedom in Rwanda. Why do some westerners still can have so hatefull planns of racisme to that level in the 21th century? Dallaires witnessing has to be better understood only by placing him on the same side of the tusti soldiers RPF against the rwanda hutus that fight for theier freedom. Dallaire was not at all a neutral UN soldier in Rwanda and people who give him that neutral position always falls to wrong conclusion when analysing what happened in Rwanda of 1994. Rwandans merit better and inclusive living conditions.
