It starts with the assumption of low IQ, low IQ inherently means a reduced ability to identity concepts, ideas, relationships and their interactions and interrelations. Reduced ability to mediate cognitive entities and discover processes between them in time. That necessarily leads to conservatism in my view...which is a desire to assert the preeminence of "tradition" over empirical analysis and continuous re balancing of the scales in all dimensions of analysis. People with low IQ tend to not see the connections that should inspire change (dynamic modulation to systems or ideas) and thus are likely to prefer stagnation in all forms (conservatism). Finally that leads to racisms....the inherent entrenchment of islands of conservatism when opposed will lead to xenophobia and misunderstanding....they all fall out of the same flowing probability pipe which starts with the low IQ to me. Note I am not saying this is a rock solid proof...but rather it is like most things a tendency along a probability distribution...where the variance is nice and fat and the outliers are thin.
