It sure looks like its going to be a very nice day! Wouldnt it be nice to get up and not have any worldly CARES. How many times have you thought I dont CARE, when you really do CARE? Or how many times have you said Who CARES? I know I have thought and said those things. The word for today is CARE (worry, burdens, anxieties, and also concern, have regard for, give all diligence). We could probably build a mountain if we stacked our CARES and sometimes we do just that, making it hard for anyone to get to us and help with all our CARES. On the other hand, we as Christians are called to CARE (have regard for, give all diligence, have concern) for our brothers and sisters and for our walk with the Lord. We do have someone who can get through our mountain of CARES, in fact, in Todays HUG 1Peter 5:6-7, it tells us Therefore (after resisting the devil and submitting to God) humble yourself under the mighty Hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your CARES(worry, anxiety, burdens) upon Him, for HE CARES(concern, gives all diligence) for you. I would like to say I daily give Him my CARES, then walk away CAREFREE but I tend to keep just enough of them to be occasionally weighed down. God is more than able to carry the load.
