It takes a special kind of person, someone tough, smart, and driven, just to run for the Presidency. It takes still more talent and character to hold up under the pressures of life in Malacanang. Not everyone is cutout to be President, just like this President we have now. We Filipinos expect a lot from our Presidents. Understandably, we want the President to take quick action on problems facing the nation, such as poverty, peace and order, economy, and insurgency. A candidates character often gives clues as to how the person will react under stress. We look for, such as integrity, strength, caring. Experience in governance can be just as important in shaping a future. Bongbong Marcos is that special kind of person. He had all the the traits to be a Great President.
