It takes a village to raise a theater!! Asking for 3 hours of your time. Starting on Friday 6 pm - 9pm! Your help is needed! One of the requirements with the new mortgage is to remove the tile that is in the Studio Theater basement. We have professionals who will do that for us but we must move all the items in the basement in preparation. The project has been divided into two sections. The first one includes the “letter” room at the bottom of the stairs and the west side of the costume room. The second step is the east side. Everything – yes – everything – must be moved. We are asking that you to commit to at least one three-hour session. Here is the schedule: Letter Room & West Side of Room Friday, August 2 – 6pm to 9:00pm Saturday, August 3 – 9am to noon & 1pm to 4pm (two shifts) Sunday, August 4 – only if necessary East Side of Room Friday, August 9 – 6pm to 9:00pm Saturday, August 10 – 9am to noon & 1pm to 4pm (two shifts) Sunday, August 11 – only if necessary Re-set Costumes on East Side & Construct Wall between Dressing Rooms and Costume Storage Area Saturday, August 17 – 9am to 1pm Sunday, August 18 – if necessary Mike K., Helen Griffus, and Paul Peters are the leaders of this project. This is a tight schedule because we can’t interfere with any performances. Let me know when you can work and thank you!!!
