It takes moral authority and political legitimacy of public servants to demonstrate high spirit of primary accountability and responsibility for their action or inaction that affects public trust and confidence either way. I could not understand why Ethiopia Football Federation, its sub servant bodies and concerned stakeholders opted to focus and emphasize on en-house explanation of processes or details when talking about the latest incident of shortfall in the leadership and management of our passionate Ethiopia National Team that is battling critical matches of World cup qualification persevering its best to make this long yearned historical opportunity of World cup qualification reality in World Cup Brazil 2014. In the process of experiential learning and progressive development committing mistakes or falling short of expectations is not at all unusual or strange experience! That is why public servants have to demonstrate high spirit of primary accountability and responsibility for their inadvertent action or inaction that affect public trust and confidence either way transparently with a moral audacity, and move on with sanity and clarity of next progressive corrective actions! That is why public servants have to go straight to concede their weak link with lessons learned and next progressive corrective actions in the sight! The inexhaustible flood of public forgiveness that follows such actions shall only enhance public trust and confidence even more, and also reinforce spirit of primary accountability and responsibility in public service even further! No time is too late for demonstrating high spirit of primary accountability and responsibility in public service or in human life! It is moral correctness and audacity of public service that restore trust and confidence of the public and boost sanity and clarity of next progressive corrective actions in our passionate National Football Team leadership and management! Human life without a moral audacity to demonstrate high spirit of primary accountability and responsibility for once life choice of action or inaction is corrupted! Based on thus far progress alone our passionate National Football Team and its leadership and management deserve sincere gratitude. Because their concerted efforts inspired and revitalized spirit of Football that refreshed organic solidarity of citizenry anew! It is my sincere hope that the Team, management and leadership shall demonstrate high spirit of primary accountability and responsibility in their public service with this experience, and make through and surprise us more yet in World Cup Brazil 2014!
