It takes quite a bit for an organization to make Amnesty Internationals top ten human rights abusers lists. For awhile the US didnt have much going on, but then New York City was found to be rising on that list. A rumor amongst folks living in NYC that was circulating began to circulate amongst human rights groups. That rumor can even still be heard on video games such as GTA, and eventually even the censored New York news channels began to report upon it. The information was that nypd wad inserting objects into rectums of prisoners. And when the reports were coming from prisons as well as folks arrested, folks took notice. But then medical examiners and occasional physicians reported something that immediately propelled nypd into infamy on par with the iraqi republican guard (those are the folks that helped Saddam Husseins kids run their enemies through wood chippers and feed them to pet fish). Broken glass in mens rectums. Yep, thin wall light bulbs and similar broken glass objects blasted nypd right to the top ten worlds worst offenders, and even got tax payer money building up internal affairs departments (which many say has only made human rights worse). If you havent figured it out yet, the this storm has the fat lady singing for nypd. Its all over. Amazing how the zips didnt get to adjutants and torture their asses with broken glass or something, but alls good-the important thing is the NY National Guard knows the zipperheds would torture them, and bad. Ive been in more fights and shit canned more nights than a Con Edison.
