It took us a bit longer to work out the plans for this weekends big events on Friday and Saturday, heres the backstory. Ladan had planned the next edition of his awesome country-theme parties for Saturday. Unfortunately a while back the location we were at last time (the kindergarten in Neustadt) canceled the agreement (not surprising considering what the place looked like afterwards). He came back to Dresden last Thursday and now needed a new location for 200+ people FAST. On a weekend night. In Neustadt. On Thursday we had a nice International Elbwiesen Afternoon by the river. Elsie showed up for the first time and enthusiastically invited some of us to her bday party the next day - in Times Club. We went, Ladan came along, liked the place, met the owner, struck a deal with him a couple of days later - for Friday. Unfortunately, Cafe 100 is booked for a birthday party, so we cannot go to our regular hangout. Monday we had another river afternoon...and Owen showed up. I LOOOOVE the man and his amazing atelier+flat, so asked him if we couldnt do the meeting at his place, and he agreed. Im super-happy, we have managed to organize 2 awesome international events for you guys on Friday and Saturday, support us by showing up in big numbers!
