It truly warms our hearts to receive such a wonderful email: "I cannot express the depth of my gratitude and relief for Simple Strollers saving us in our hour of need! We had rented with another company prior to our Disney trip but upon arriving at our hotel, was informed that the stroller was not delivered as expected. Then when we tried to contact the company, there was no one to respond and the website said the company was sold! You can imagine our horror and disbelief. It was getting late at night and we knew we would need a stroller first thing in the morning the next day since we were hitting the Disney parks right away. We saw one recommendation online for Simple Stroller, I called the number, and within seconds was speaking to the owner! I sounded pretty desperate, but the owner calmly informed me he was just leaving to deliver some strollers and could deliver the exact stroller I needed within the hour to our hotel THAT SAME NIGHT!! Not only did he deliver on the double stroller we needed that night, the stroller was in pristine condition. It was a lifesaver for us the whole week in the parks, and we LOVED the stroller. The owners were so helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend ANYONE who needs a stroller to go with Simple Stroller Rentals. They will not disappoint, and for us, they certainly went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you for making our vacation worry free!! Joyce"
