It was 13 years ago today that the Lord gave me a song, titled, The Watchmans Call. I was viewing the live news after taking my kids to school when I watched in horror as the 2nd plane hit the towers on camera. Moments later a song rose in my spirit from God. He told me the battle is mine... Then, a tune and words came all at once: Watchmen watch and pray For the Lord our God has called you Watchmen watch and pray And declare what He has done Hes king of kings and Lord of lords Declare what he has shown you He shows you hes in control- God is Holy Hes holy He is Holy among the people He is holy He is holy Declare all He has done! Declare, declare what He has done! The Lord our God is strong and mighty! The Lord is mighty in battle! Lift up your head oh you gates Lift up you everlasting doors! The King of glory shall come in Sound the trumpet call! Sound the trumpet call! Sound the trumpet call! Watchmen watch and pray! ( this has a Hebrew style tone in minor key, straight from the Father!) Later He spoke the scripture, Psalm 9:11-20 11 Sing praises to the Lord, who dwells in Zion! Declare His deeds among the people. 12 When He avenges blood, He remembers them; He does not forget the cry of the humble. 13 Have mercy on me, O Lord! Consider my trouble from those who hate me, You who lift me up from the gates of death, 14 That I may tell of all Your praise In the gates of the daughter of Zion. I will rejoice in Your salvation. 15 The nations have sunk down in the pit which they made; In the net which they hid, their own foot is caught. 16 The Lord is known by the judgment He executes; The wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Meditation.[a] Selah 17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, And all the nations that forget God. 18 For the needy shall not always be forgotten; The expectation of the poor shall not perish forever. 19 Arise, O Lord, Do not let man prevail; Let the nations be judged in Your sight. 20 Put them in fear, O Lord, That the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah If you read Psalm chapters 9-11 you will be amazed at how it sounds prophetic for our nation for the date and the days ahead as we searched for Osama Bin Laden Check it out!
