It was 1986. This one is titled: From Good to Great! I started Westchester Business Institute as an Accounting major. I never got a grade over a C in any subject except physical education, accounting, and computer science. I always graduated which was good. Now, everyone knows I can party dance all night. It was October 1986 and I was invited to a house party in New Rochelle, New York. Aint nothing like a house party! I get there and the joint was packed. Smiles! Heads Nodding! Hands in the Air! Smoke in the room.... Three of us left. Went back to Money Earnin Mount Vernon. Returned red eyed. Lets take a McDonalds run. Two cars loaded up. We left the parking lot. Six in the car with a stick shift. Of course I bust a joke and Tania looked back laughing & said to me, Im not going to make it tonight. We hit two trees... They said I was the only one who opened my eyes and walked out of the car. They said I told them that I was okay. They said I refused to tell them my parents information. They said they had to cut all of my clothing off. They said they could not figure out where or who all of the blood was coming from. Tania didnt make it.... Weeks later a slight limp, porcelain teeth and a new notebook. I made it to the deans or presidents list from that day on. I graduated Cum Laude. Went on to obtain four more degrees.... Great Settled In!
