It was 2008 0r 2009 President Obama was still CHANTING ” change” ! He told Every American to take advantage of the new low rates being offered as the banks were bailed out, the president urged every1 to refi / if you prove hardship, MODIFY. My husband and I have been fighting since Sept 2011 , we’ve proven hardship over and over again! Yet wells fargo/asc WILL NOT MODIFY. I’VE LAUNCHED SEVERAL OFFICIAL COMPLAINTS / WELLS FARGO CONTINUES TO LIE TO STATE OFFICIALS/CONTINUES TO BE IN 100% NON COMPLIANCE WITH OUR PRESIDENT! 1ST WE’RE TOLD THAT WE’VE REACHED THE MODIFICATION LIMITS – WE’VE NEVER modified ! Nor ever refi’d, then their story changed to Asc / wells fargo OWNS will not adjust our interest rate , and the latest news is there is a private lender that is holding my mortgage yet wells fargo- attorney refused to disclose that info! Wells fargo has assigned approx 30 SPOC’s to our case { SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT }THEY told us repeatedly NOT to pay until our mod went through! NOW I OWE 20 MONTHS, threatened with foreclosure. I’M IN FORECLOSURE MEDIATION, sent in another updated packet- 43 pages faxed!!! Im due back in Litchfield Court Sept 25th ! I MAKE THIS PROMISE BEFORE GOD , with all that I am, for my promise to my husband on his deathbed , for our 4 kids! To whoever ‘secretly’ holds our mortgage… YOU WILL NOT GET OUR HOME ! This home has our blood, sweat and tears in it- its not just a house, literally !!! I’ve been asking for a review of whats gone so wrong, yet here I am again-filling out new paperwork for hamp,4 xs? 1 week, my family seen people taking pics of the house – the next week our chronically ill daughter, Amy Profeta found a notice of abandoned property on the front door ! Aren’t we going through enough, THESE PEOPLE CAUSED HER TO HAVE A THREE WEEK FLARE UP from her incurable disease she suffers from then OUR 13 year old child found foreclosure papers just tossed on the porch. WELLS FARGO NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY !?! My husband had a very rare APPENDIX cancer – in which caused our hardship! IM NOT ASKING FOR ANYONES MONEY , I’m not asking for any1 to pay my bills, NOT ASKING FOR A HAND OUT OF ANY KIND! I’m ONLY asking for a chance to prove I can do this. I just want a simple modification of our home mortgage and keep our home. Wells fargo told me they could reduce our monthly payment to possibly under $1000, INTEREST RATE OF 2-3 % now they come up with ANY lie / excuse! we’ve had about 30 mortgage specialists since SEPT 2011- I’ve complied with every request! And Ive been working with a non profit agency that has been truly amazing this entire time, IN ORDER TO SAVE OUR HOME, we’ve proved hardship ( Maria Gonzalez of New Opportunities,Inc, Torrington, CT ) I also had a non profit attorney who on the eleventh hour of my 1st mediation … he overnighted a package to me for court – un retaining himself . On Sept. 27th 2012, all of our hardships have left me a widow with four widowees now! It seems no1 knows what they’re doing, or am I to believe wells fargo is purposely sabotaging all my efforts to keep our AMERICAN DREAM Bobs credit score was 825 !!!! I hold ASC/WELLS FARGO responsible for causing soooo much anxiety to my entire family. Especially our kids, my poor husband fighting cancer with everything he was !! ALL this added stress took him from us all that much quicker, it is Scientifically PROVEN…that stress is like a candy to cancer, chemo MADE HIM SOO SICK AND WEAK,then began taking his sight = the CANCER TOTALLY TOOK OVER ! Let it be known that I hold WELLS FARGO partially responsible for this rapid, quickened demise! Had WELLS FARGO COMPLIED …WITH PRES.OBAMA and modified us, my husband MAY VERY WELL STILL BE WITH US TODAY! I know I can make the modified mortgage payment with the social security income I have ! As we’ve never lived a life of luxury, never even had our honeymoon or a family vacation – my husband and I just worked hard, cared for our kids and paid our bills! Our mortgage was always the 1st bill out , never late! Until we began trying to modify our home mortgage and the employees at wells fargo TOLD US REPEATEDLY NOT TO PAY! I DO NOT FEEL A MIDDLE CLASS EVEN EXISTS ANYMORE ! Please, Pres Obama – GET INVOLVED ! I BEG OF YOU, i BEG ANY1 , PLEASE HELP MY KIDS AND I – PLEASEEE Make them comply ! ? ! I have a formal complaint in to the cfpb as well -Sen Blumenthal has inquired on my behalf – I’ve reached out to my local government- seems no1 cares anymore ! No1 is making sure these banks COMPLY with the president of the United State – where is all the multi state lawsuit money – I just want to modify our mortgage- I JUST WANT TO SAVE OUR HOME / PAY A REASONABLE MORTGAGE PAYMENT- minus ANY court fees / late fees. AFTER EVERYTHING WELLS FARGO HAS PUT MY FAMILY THROUGH -a modification IS at the very least , the right thing to do !
