It was July 1, i was 16 when i entered the world of network marketing and it became my blood, my family and my life! During those days, I saw one big challenge within the hearts of networkers like me when reaching the top. What is it? We start to teach our downlines day and night to copy us, to do what we did, to follow us exactly as how we did it... and we forgot that we ourselves didnt exactly copy our up-lines, we didnt pass through their pathways, we didnt speak their spills... ...what we really did was, we discovered ourselves, we harnessed our God-given potential, we respected our unique childhood programs and we innovate our way to the top! Being an up-line is a noble duty to God, a big responsibility in the lives of the people we influence and it can be a power between life and death. Never control the lives of downlines, never suppressed them nor keep them inside a box of limited perspective. Create an environment instead, where they can discover themselves, harness their inner power and activate their creativity on how to build their own people and organization, let them be enlightened about their childhood powerful programs and let them learn how to use those to lead properly. For those who are asking, I am no longer a member of any network marketing company not because I dont want to but because I choose to deliver the environment where all networkers are welcome to study with me on how to be successful like how I did it in my network marketing days by harnessing the full unique potential within themselves which cannot be copied or transferred. We cannot push a downline to do what we did. We can only provide ways for them to answer their own questions on why they can or why they think they cant and let them formulate their ways to the top WITH RESPECT TO THEIR COMPANYS SYSTEM TEMPLATE. Let us not tie their feet on the ground. Instead, let us bring them on a wide garden then let them study, let them run, let them fall, let them get back up then let them fly and pay it forward...
