It was a beautiful Saturday morning when I was sitting at home watching my favorite news channel, a very good friend of mind paid me a surprised visit, after much greetings and excitement, he asked me to joint him to a wedding ceremony so I took my bath and zoomed off with him to the venue of the reception, getting there I saw a lady wiping her tears and as well can not hold her cry despite the comfort she is getting from the people around her, I just passed and want into the hall and took my sit, after a while my friend took a leaf to catch up with some other guest, almost at the closing of the reception, my friend told me a shucking story I want to shear with u guys, so please bear with me. There was this young man who is working at one of most reputable construction company in USA and have spend the past six (6) over there, he came home (NIGERIA) to see his family, after much welcome and excitement of seeing him, his parent asked him if he have found a woman to marry of which his reply was ‘I have a girl friend over there in the US’ this young man was persuade to marry a Nigerian lady before going back to US because he was on three (3) months vacation, he a greeted to their advice and they started looking for the right lady for him that suit his kind. Now there was this lady who talks and dream of marring some one who will take her round the world, she have a lost of face book friends all over the world believing that one day one man will come and marry her, now here comes the golden opportunity, the family if this young man met with this lady‘s family about their son looking for whom to marry, this lady’s family called this lady(their daughter) and told her the news about marring this young man, without even seeing the man she said yes I do, so the family of this young lady presented their daughter to the young man of which he asked the both family to give him time to know who she was After nine weeks of courtship, he decided to marry her were the bombshell happened, two days to her introduction, this young lady sent for her younger sister who was in school to come and help her for her introduction with the excitement of marring the man of her dream, later that same day that she sent for her younger sister, this young man came to the girl family house to know how things have been prepared and asked for his wife to be, he was told that she is taking her bath so he waited for her and she was told also that your husband to be is waiting for you, so after she finished taking her bath, she tied only her towel , just to come and greet him and later dress up, only for this young man to see all kinds of tattoos on top of her breast ,her two arms and on her back, he asked her what are all these craps on your body? She said it just a tattoos there is nothing there, right at that very spot he told her he can never marry her, she almost fainted with nakedness, he want home and told his family members that he can’t continue with the introduction, he said, he know the kind of people he relate with in US and for them seeing his wife with all this stuffs dose not go well with his pedigree. The following day this lady family invited this young man to see if something can be done on this issue of which this young man still stand on his feet. As the both family were discussing the problem, the younger sister came in and greeted them of which she don’t know what has happened, immediately this young man saw her (the younger sister) he asked who is she, they told him she is the younger sister of the lady you don’t want to marry, he said if she don’t have tattoos and she is willing to marry him he will marry her . That was the wedding reception my friend took me to and the lady I saw crying and wiping her tears was the elder sister, her joyful day ended on the face of her younger sister who never believed that she will be the one to marry a man that will take round the world. Ladies and gentlemen lets us learn not to do the thing that will never speak good of us tomorrow.
