It was a double for trainer Jason Deamer and a treble for jockey Paul Hammersley and amazingly for some of the winning connections it was their second winner for the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Race 7 the Coolmore Class 3 Hcp over 1000m was won by OUR RENAISSANCE by 2.25 lengths with a further 1.5 lengths back to third. Minor placings were filled by So You Know (Bill Thompson), Zilch (Merv Rumble) and Highest Rank (Paul Perry). Race time was 57:08 (final 600m in 33.57). Apparently some of the owners had an all up bet on both horses so their wallets are bulging as a result !
