It was a great time participating the shadow constitution assembly. The meeting held today decided that it becomes effective to firstly draft the fundamental principles (aadharbhut siddhantaharu) of new constitution which can be opposed in house by no one. I am also assigned to draft the fundamental principles of new constitution. So I request all of you to mention your views and suggestions here. What do you think should be the primary or basic principle of new constitution? What things are the clear mandate of Nepalese people and should be no more debated in CA? What is the foremost thing you want to be addressed by the new constitution? Please feel responsible to comment here. It is important as the suggestions of this shadow constitution assembly are shared and sent to real constituent assembly.
