It was a little warm last night, so I got up and turned down the AC (I almost never have to run it at all but Cubby was panting.) Cubby decided he had to go out so he circled the back yard and then started barking frantically. What! Where was something growling in a tree. Funny. I went and got a flashlight. It was a raccoon and it then came down the tree toward us. We raced to the now cooler house and under the covers. Safe and sleepy.
