It was a nice Sunday afternoon. While having a quiet relaxing day I stumbled upon this street sign at Soho Square. Couldn’t resist the temptation so I decided to go for it and see if I would be able to find the right balance between my drumsticks and that surface. It’s a shame cause what you cannot see is the reaction of all the people that were there it was around 2 in the afternoon and the square was packed! We shot a few videos to experiment using different angles etc, and this was one of the best takes. You know how drummers are like… They hit anything that comes in their way. I might be a songwriter and a singer now but cannot forget my roots! :-) Anyhow, it’s all about the rhythm. No matter what instrument you play, you need to have a good sense of groove. It’s what makes you move when you listen to a song, and in fact it’s what makes our hearts beat! I started recording these ”Oh Woh!
