It was a perfect sunny morning 13 years ago and I was working in excavation. I heard on the radio that one of the WTC towers had been hit by a plane. I, like many, wondered if it had been a terrorist attack, but when the second plane hit the second building I knew. I pray for all the families of those who lost loved ones on that day. The one good feeling that I got after 9/11 was the sense of unity that all Americans seem to have in the days and weeks following. A bunch of us on the job site tied red white and blue surveyor tape onto our vehicles to show patriotism. 9/11 made us all aware that we were not immune from the types of things that happen all around the world every day. And now with ISI S becoming the threat that they are, for Obama to say that theyre not Muslim or not Islam is insane. If we dont know who our enemy is how can we defeat them? #Remember911 #KnowYourEnemies
