It was a very bad experience for me yesterday. My wife was travelling with one of Kesineni Travels Multi Axle Volvo bus service from Hyderabad to Bangalore (PNR No: B09910/VL116). This bus was cancelled and she was suggested an alternate option in other bus (very late on same day of travel) which had a pick time in very late evening 9:30PM. We didnt have any choice as there was no other proper bus available so we had to take that option as she had an imp meeting on the following day. My wife was travelling alone, she reached the pickup point at the given time in Hydernager (near Gem Motors), which is not listed in Redbus. That place was completely dark, with several empty buses in the stand and no other passenger. I generally book buses which are early in evening and whose pickup points are in more public area. At 9:30PM the bus didnt come so I called Kesineni costumer care asking abt the position of the bus. They told it will reach there in 10 mins. It was very dark there and very lonely and my wife was not feeling safe. We were very worried, bus didnt come till 9:40PM so I again called the Kesineni customer care again (customer support guy: Bhavesh). I asked him regarding the position of the bus. He again told me that it will reach in 10 mins. Now that was enough I asked him if he can give me drivers contact number, I updated him with the situation at the stand. I requested him a lot, but he didnt agree to share the drivers number. We wanted to talk to driver so that we can ask him to pick my wife a little further from the pickup point or his position so that she could wait at some other safer place. But this Bhavesh guy was so insensitive, he didnt even care to listen. At last after those terrified moments the bus reached at 10PM at the pickup point. Shame on you Kesineni Guys!!! In public interest, ignore booking bus of this travels….
