It was a very successful roundtable program (on the Threat of Fundamentalism on this Century) that offers a unique opportunity to meet awesome people. Alhamdullah we managed to distribute some flyers from I-care about the current crises in Iraq and I tried to point out few relevant issues as follows: 1) The majority of Muslims (eg. Malays here) are silent and apathetic regarding the ISIS crimes in Iraq unlike their anger towards the crimes committed by Zionists in Palestine. 2) The necessity to keep watchful eye on universities and institutes especially after the recent cases of Arab students and Malaysians who joined ISIS in Syria and Iraq. Hoping that the government can track these groups and find out all the hidden cells in the country. And believe me if you dont stop them now, one day they will start practicing Jihad here in Malaysia and kill/behead Chinese, Indians, etc. 3) Why Muslim scholars like Muhammad Al-Arifi and other Salafis are invited to give lectures here while others are banned! Please read about him.. 4) shouldnt we keep a watchful eye on schools especially elemantry schools and their practices? For example, in some Malay schools, teachers play films to promote Jihad Martyrdom, during break time and they tell the children that those are Ahbabu Allah! كانت حلقة نقاش ناجحة جدا (عن مخاطر الأصولية والتشدد الديني في هذا العصر) وتعرفت من خلالها على ناس رائعين. الحمد لله تمكنا من توزيع منشورات من منظمة آي كير (أنا-أهتم) عن بعض الحقائق والارقام للمآسي التي يواجهها العراقييون اليوم وكما شاركت بطرح النقاط التالية: 1) غالبية المسلمين (على سبيل المثال المالي هنا) غير مبالين والتزموا الصمت تجاه جرائم داعش في العراق على عكس غضبهم واستنكارهم لجرائم الصهاينة في فلسطين. 2) ضرورة مراقبة الجامعات والمؤسسات وخاصة بعد حالات التحاق بعض الطلبة العرب والمواطنين الماليزيين بداعش في سوريا والعراق لأجل الوصول إلى تلك الجماعات وكشف جميع الخلايا النائمة التي قد يأتي يوم وتقوم بتنفيذ عملياتها الجهادية داخل ماليزيا وعندها الكل مستهدفون. 3) لماذا تدعو ماليزيا علماء الدين السلفيين أمثال محمد العريفي لالقاء محاضرات في ماليزيا لنشر الفتن والطائفية في حين تمنع غيرهم. 4) ألم يحن الوقت لمراقبة المدارس الماليزية الخاصة وخاصة مدارس الابتدائية؟ على سبيل المثال، في بعض مدارس المالي (المسلمين) يقوم المدرسون بعرض فلم للأطفال عن المجاهدين ويخبروهم أنهم أحباب الله.
