It was about this time 13 years ago when I first screwed up the courage to start playing in public around Austin. Id done a bit in college back in WI, but thats not the same as plying the trade in the Live Music Capital Cities of the World. My debut was a warm Saturday afternoon in the pickers circle in Luckenbach. A couple years later, I prayed that God would open some other doors for me. Within weeks, I landed my first paying gig at The Hole in the Wall in Round Rock (now Jrs Icehouse) and I havent looked back. I am humbled to look at my calendar now and see some months with as many as dozen shows listed. I am thankful and humbled for the chance to share my talent with all of you, and I very much appreciate the love and support of all my friends and family who continue to support this crazy little venture (especially my family at Gumbos).
