It was an honor for me to host (my first ever...in Estonia) an event yesterday April 30th. Hours before my JWWP gig I had the distinct honor of hosting and singing a few songs at this years Kevadkontsert (Spring concert) at Rae Kultuurikeskus (Culture center). Thanks to Kaido Kodumae for asking me to take on this task. And yes to most of you, I was speaking in Estonian and English. :) I dont think I was bad, but I do know that I could do a lot better, and I thank them all, the ones that asked me to host and the audience for having the patience with me as I gave host. I think I said all of the singers names correctly, well maybe a syllable here and there. I can now put this event at the top of my list of great things done. CHECK! Thanks to all of the great performers who ages ranged from 4 years old to 17 years of age. All were great. Also, thank you very very much Berit Hallik for helping me by singing backing vocals on HAPPY. Big thanks to the band BADBOYS (my inside joke) :) Kaido Kodumae - guitar, Toomas Leis - bass guitar, Ahto Abner - drums, Ülo Mälgand, you four did an excellent job. Eventech was on hand to make sure all was going great with the sound system. With one more thank you, I say THANK YOU Rae Kultuurikeskus (Culture center) for having me host this event!
