It was an old fashioned Chest day today! Incline DB press 4 sets Incline DB flye 4 sets Flat machine press 4 sets Cable crossovers 4 sets I increased my resistance each set staying between 8-12 reps. I finished with core .. I did a dynamic plank x3sets. (Choose your fav core exercise) I did 306 calories in 16 minutes on the Curve and the whole workout was 50 minutes! Quality and quantity!! You do not need a lot of time..... Have a great workout today whatever you do!
