It was around midnight. I was staying at Lyssas house with my other best friends. We had just eaten 4 whole boxes of pizza, and downed like 12 2 liters of coke and diet coke. I gulped and took a few steps behind her. We reached an old rusted fence with a sign that read WARNING: ANYONE CAUGHT TRESPASSING WILL BE PERSECUTED. I had this nasty feeling in my gut to not go. Mac began to whine and yank away from Lyssa. Come on stupid dog she huffed as she lifted him through the metal hole. Everyone followed her in one by one. I had no other choice BUT to go with them. My phone was almost dead and I had no flashlight. We started through the woods when Mac and I heard crackling amongst the wooded floor. Lyssa, we really shouldnt be here.. I started to get really close and steadily put my shaking hand on Mac. Seriously Ali, you have to calm your tits. I rolled my eyes and kept my stride up with hers. We reached this old, boarded up church and everyone paused. Lyssa turned around to count everyone and someone was already gone. We had 5 people total.... Now theres4. Where is Kate? Everyone shook their heads and looked around. We heard an eerie high pitched screech and Mac took off. Shit, there goes my dog too. Lyssa began to panic and so did everyone else. I walked towards the church to look around it for Kate when I felt like I was being watched. I snapped around to see a figure in the church. It looked like Kate. I called for Lyssa and she took her flashlight and went inside. I huddled with everyone on the outside and we waited. 20 minutes had passed and nothing. gabby took out her phone and tried to call her cell. We heard it ring and we tracked it down on the other side of the church. I didnt even see her go on the other side.... Gabby said. everyone else nodded in agreement. We heard a murderous scream and that sent us sprinting back to the fence. It was down to 3 of us now. I tripped as I was running and I looked at my hand. It was soaked in blood. Macy took out her phone and shone the flashlight ap on me. Everyone began to cry and scream and Gabby struggled to speak. Youre laying on Mac.... She whispered. I looked down. And there was Mac. Decapated and torn apart. I began to cry as I struggled to get up. I heard more loud screams as it was down to me and Gabby. Where the hell is everyone going!? She began to sob. I dont know we need to leave now! I screamed. We began to sprint back when we saw something hurdling towards us at a crazy fast pace. We were so close to the fence when this tall black orb took Gabby and went the opposite direction. I started to feel dizzy and I screamed and I fell to the forest floor. Numb, freezing, bleeding, and possibly dying. My eyes shut. I woke up in the hospital with the police, my parents, and all my friends parents with gifts and get well balloons. Good evening folks, today we are learning about the mysterious disappearance of 4 local teens and the slaughter of Lyssas New Dog, Mac. The news was echoing in my mind. I had no recollection of what happened. An officer smiled as he approached me. You made it. You survived the devils cult. My eyes widened. I I dont even know what happened I began to sob and hug the bear placed next to me. That old church was a satanic worshiping ground his partner chimed in. Theres no evidence or any items from your friends. We dont even know who or what took them I sat in that bed and looked at my bruises and gashes. I heard Ali look over here.
