It was beautiful here this weekend! Today it was 50 degrees out so we took a walk! It has been a quiet weekend at home! Gunner and I made cookies-actually he drove his cars through some extra flour i put out on the counter. Hes starting to feel better :) I got the therapy newsletter in the mail and it had Emmas story in there :) Tomorrow I take Gunner into a developmental pediatrician appointment to have him tested to find out what is actually going on with him. I know this accident turned his entire life upside down. While he may not have had physical injuries the emotional injuries are very much present!!! Emma starts another dose reduction in her seizure medication tomorrow. She also is so far tolerating the discontinuation of her reflex medication. Friday is her second opinion appointment 5 hours away. We will br staying at my parents and Gunner will be going to his grandparents (no way would he tolerate a 5 hr drive! I also hope at that time I can find out how much liquid is needed to keep her electrolytes in normal limits so we can work on getting her tube out!!! i am so proud of my Doodlebug!!!
