These sorts of chemical details have to be understood from a chemical point of view, not from a hysterical internet comment. Did you know that broccoli contains powerful anti-carcinogenic compounds but Ames, in his review has pointed out that it also contains a carcinogen. Are you going to stop eating broccoli?
