It was five years ago that I spent 30 days in an Ashram in San Francisco for my 200-hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa teacher training. Over these years I have collected over a 1000 hours from an array of trainings each one giving me more beauty and love to live in and to share with you. In two days I will be in the UK where I will be spending 28 days with Ana Forrest, her six assistants and many other trainees. I am beyond lit up for this quest ahead. For the last two days I have been preparing newsletters and emails, packing, saying caio for now to my Beloveds and getting ready to embark into the great mystery. I will be keeping a daily journal on Facebook so you can be a part of the journey with me.
