It was great to see in Sundays Body & Soul supplement that Hollywood star Cameron Diaz has written a book about loving your body no matter what shape it is. She says she read a quote that said Comparison is a brutal insult upon ones self. Thats true because when you compare yourself to someone else theres the implication that what you have isnt good enough. We need to be able to understand our bodies, learn how to eat healthily according to our bodys specific needs and not worry or judge ourselves in comparison to others. It is good for someone like this to come out with this as so many young women try to copy them.
