It was great to see the rain even though we didnt get a lot today! Another storm in the Pacific is kicking up the NW swell & will be sending it in our direction so theres a Beach Hazard Statement going up tonight & running until Thursday afternoon for the entire coastline. Be careful if you head to the coast! Our Emeryville camera gives you a preview of the weather tomorrow. Expect high clouds to filter the sun. Temperatures start out in the 50s then end up in the low 60s to the mid 70s by afternoon. Our next chance of rain is Friday afternoon-evening with the best possibility in the north bay. Were only expecting light rain but its better than nothing! If youre not staying here in the Bay Area & youre going to Hawaii, watch out! Tropical Storm Ana is expected to kick up the swells tomorrow. She is expected to become a category 1 hurricane Friday morning bringing rain & wind to the Big Island & eventually the rest of the island chain.
