It was hard getting up this morning to face this day. A year today at this exact time, as I was preparing for work, I got a call saying I needed to come home because my grandfather (the man who raised me) had been rushed to the hospital. I got home only to learn that he had passed away. Its been a long year going home not seeing him there or making my daily phone call and not hearing his voice. We miss you and love you, Papa!
