It was here that George Foreman was used by the US government to counter this Black Power salute that drew international attention to racism in America- an America engaged in a war in Vietnam ostensibly to support the democratic government of South Vietnam. The Head Coach of the US Olympic Boxing team, a renown Black trainer with FBI/CIA ties, his name escapes me now (like most snitches and bootlickers history seldom records their name - guess its the Judas factor at work) was asked by the US State Department in Mexico City to give Foreman a miniture American flag to wave around the ring should he win his divisions Gold Medal (which he did). Foreman played this Negro-Mandigo role for his entire career, most famously as a White Folks Great Negro Hope to silence and beat down the outspoken Muhammad Ali.
