It was kind of a busy day today. I did three hours volunteering at The Green Chair Project and I was very impressed with the place. It provides basic household items for people who are transitioning from homelessness and they can come in and obtain everything they need for basic furnishing for their new residence. It was a great experience and remarkable how, with so much to do, I could use my handy-man skills and muscles to help the nice ladies (and gentleman) who were coordinating it all. thegreenchair.org/
