It was not until it was too late that even us, the followers of the Sayyed, came to realize the intense anger of the then Israeli envoy to Nigeria mr Moshe Ram at the lecture of the revered Sayyed at the time of signing the bogus defense pact between Nigeria and the Zionists illegal regime. Mr, Ram bought a page in the then best selling Northern english newspaper and ranted like the lunatic all zionists are. Among his incoherent bleatings, inane babbles, lunatic vituperations and sub standard English grammer, two things were discernible however. The first thing was, the envoy was frightened, of what, we failed to detect, and the second thing was that, the movement had been under Israeli microscop for decades. Why, we wondered then, would a foreign envoy go to such an extent as to berate, censure and condemn a citizen of a sovereign nation for speaking in the interest of his nation? It is clear now, like a 14 days moon in dry season that, the revered Sayyed had touched a raw nerve! If only the entire country understood! But then,to understand the statements of those close to God, you gotta be close to them with good deeds yourself. Something we lacked, something we are still in need of. I dare say, we should strive hard to emulate the revered Sayyed in doing good, benefitting our fellow humans regardless of religious differences, Intense worship of Allah, and various good deeds.
