It was on a Friday night and into early Saturday morning a little over a year ago that this Apostolic Teaching Fathers (ATF) Forum and group was birthed! It was birthed with groanings and intercession in the Spirit that immediately began bringing forth fruit and were thankful for the impact! We welcome once again all our new members to the group, as the last time I wrote we had just hit 1000, and now up to 1,050! We have seen a real expansion of the borders for this forum, as more and more are catching hold of the relational aspect of fathers and sons in ministry! This is not a religious system or formula for immature christians and insecure leaders! We wholeheartedly believe that all true ministry comes out of relationship first and foremost with the Lord Jesus Christ and that we are all children of God by faith in Christ Jesus! Then secondly, just as the relationship of Father and Son is patterned in the Godhead and in scripture by and through the Holy Spirit, so it is for all that are called to a leadership position in Christ. No place in scripture did anyone call themselves to ministry and the biblical pattern all the way back to the patriarchs, Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, was from father to son. Today, once again, the hearts of the fathers are being tuned to the children, and the hearts of the children are being turned to their fathers. This will ensure that the foundations of many generations will be restored and not only the succession of apostolic ministry but the synergy of this generational ministry of father and son through the Holy Spirit! So, we take seriously this mandate and encourage everyone and especially all those that are new to the forum, continue to follow the pattern and the expression of relational ministry on this page. Thanks to all of you who are doing a great job of contributing to the content, purpose and intent of this group. We appreciate all those who participate with us! It has been our custom to not allow any advertising of meetings or conferences or personal ministry on the page, but as more and more seasoned apostles and prophets speak, we have expanded that to include teaching and training materials, and special meetings that would help bring insight and fellowshp to those in various regions of the country!
