It was pleasure to address around 100 Faculties from various engineering colleges of Shivaji University during Faculty Development Program at Kamavir Bhaurao Patil (KBP) College of Engineering, Satara on Sunday, 25 Jan 2015.. Engineering Faculty are very keen nowadays to know the ways to bridge the gaps between Industry & Academia.. Faculty members were very curious and asked so many questions.. I advised them to focus on Project based learning and to encourage the students to work more on Hands On & to improve their English Communication.. I think Thats the only way to cover up for missing link of Application of theory so that students can become more Employable.. Thanks to Principal, Vice Principal, TPO and the faculty of KBPCOE for the hospitality and inviting me as a Resource Person to speak on Industry Institute Interaction... Thanks a lot to Surendra Salve sir and all the volunteers to take care of Emphasis Pool Campus Drive @ PCCOE at the same time...
