It was requested to the PCB that on the tour of Zimbabwe, young cricketers who have given performances in the domestic cricket should be given chance to prove their worth. It is a golden chance for the PCB to keep an eye on the upcoming players but I think PCB does not believe in loosing. If you go back when WI cricket team was in full swing, Imran Khan took a daring step to invite WI cricket team to play in Pakistan. Pakistan lost all the matches but our batsmen were polished. Some of them got injured as well but at the end, they proved the best. So we should take the daring steps to built a new team which can replace the old players. Selected players for the Zimbabwe tour shows that some reserved players will remain untouch during the tour. What is this policy of selectors? There are so many other ways to oblige, if any. PCB should revise its selection.
