It was so cool to hear about one of my California clients experience with L-Glutamine! My workouts for her are TOUGH as she is training hard for her goal to compete and I have asked her to step up her game bigtime. She has been sooooo sore, and when her L-glutamine powder finally showed up (she ordered online), she took it as I directed in the dosage and was BLOWN away with how much faster her recovery time was and how it helped diminish her soreness.
