It was so wonderful to see old friends and make new friends at last night’s Laughter Club and potluck afterward. I feel so blessed to have found a community of such kind, funny, creative people. We had a blast practicing power poses as part of our confidence-themed class. We had really laughed it up when as we flexed our muscles during our impromptu bodybuilding competition. Lots of goofiness ensued! And, at the end of class, one participant rated her confidence as a 9 on a scale of 1 -10!
