It was such a pleasure to speak with Christine Rochelle who is now excelling at her job with Lotus123. That is not to say I did not give her a little grief :) There are some who would wonder why I would be excited for her, but I am. Any leader develops their team and if they move on to impact others I embrace it. She is someone who I told a long time ago, my goal was to prepare her to run a company. She is truly one of the brightest and most dedicated people I have run across. I am so excited and who knows, maybe she will hire me when he is CEO :)
