It was the last fixture & home game for the open 3s today and a chance to secure a top 2 spot against 4th placed Carina. With the bulldogs looking good with a 22-4 lead at halftime and going on with it in the second half to record a 46-4 win, they now play in the Major semi-final next week and with a win, would see them qualify for the Grand Final. A fantastic effort by the doggies and go and get them next week. The open 1s had another forfeit this week which is disappointing for the boys but even so, they have gone back to the top of the ladder and with 2 fixtures still to play, have also secured a top 2 spot. Well done to both grades for their efforts so far !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
