It was truly a blessing to work with such fantastic people at such a wonderful time and I have really enjoyed getting back in touch with my Tree family. I want to share with you one of my favorite meals from the day, it is the always popular Pennsylvania Pot Roast dinner. And I want to thank John Hoinski for helping me with the recipes. The entrée is 4 slices of pot-roast covered with brown gravy, mushrooms and pearl onions with sides of peas and mashed potatoes. I can’t never forget our “warm English Walnut Bread which we serve with three types of butters – honey butter, apple butter and Mickey Mouse butter”. For desert there is New York cheesecake with blueberry topping. Just as delicious now as ever. Have any of y’all tried to re-create some of your favorite Disney dishes from the 70’s?
