It will be an emotional start to tonights home opener for the Kansas City Royals at Kauffman Stadium. In an unusual and inspiring video performance of the national anthem, 14-year-old Reat Griffin Underwoods rendition of the song will be presented...something he had dreamed of doing in life. Reat was one of 3 victims who died in Aprils hate-crime attack on a Jewish center in Overland Park along with his grandfather. Donned in t-shirts that say Faith Wins, family and friends say they want the event to be a testimony of how faith can overcome hatred. A powerful testimony....dont you think? -Susan K-LOVE Radio
