It will be convenient for the people to visit government offices. Firstly they must be accountable by the System of Governance and the Citizen, who are Sovereign may not Compel citizen to approach the courts from their villages. The dealings with the people of small state compared to large states like Uttar Pradesh where a citizen has to travel nearly 500kms one side to reach the state capital. It saves both time and money power. The delay in Execution of plan and orders by administration may lead to corruption. This will generate bribery demand in practical side, if law does not fix responsibility . On the negative side of creation of small State, this may lead to enormous increase in infrastructural and human power for a new state. Every thing dependent upon the characteristics as conquest of India says nothing about superiority and as such also small state doesnt guarantee good governance. For example, Gujarat despite being big state is better governed than Uttarakhand and Goa. So political will, eradication of prevailing maladies, accountability and fear of punishment without seeking sanction from superior authority and in collusion government supportive weapon as visualized in present government and the high quality of bureaucracy and level of education in society also plays an important factor in governance of the Nation.
