It will be two years at the end of this month that I have been with the company It Works Global. Its been one of the BEST decisions Ive made outside of the obvious (salvation, marriage, & children). I never dreamed that I would be where I am today. This girl who loves the comfort of her own home and tends to be a bit introverted has somehow managed to reach the top level in the company and land a spot on the Leadership Council. That is crazy! I never saw myself as an entrepreneur, especially not in Network Marketing (ooh shes talking about those MLMs!!!) Well, I am ruined for the status quo as one of my BFFs would say. The best part about being in this company and industry, are the relationships. Oh how my heart leaps when I hear of a single mother being able to quit her 2 j-o-bs only to able to stay home with her babies while still earning money. So many lives and hearts we get to touch and be a part of. Chad Kneller and I have 10 six-figure a year earners and hundreds that are making $500-$6000 per month from home on our team alone. Over a million dollars in bonuses earned! My team inspires me daily to be a better mentor, a better leader, and a better coach. This is not some phase Im going through or something unsteady that will fall apart, its my calling…its my passion. We birthed this business and put our all into nurturing it and cultivating it to where it is now. I have often wondered why God chose to put me here WAY out of my comfort zone... Why did He choose to raise me up to be a voice in the market place? I mean Im the girl who is totally freaking out before I go on stage or before I get on a call!!! Ha! I still dont have all the answers and thats okay. But what I do know is that Im no different than any of you reading this. You can have what I have and what all the other leaders have. All you have to do is be willing to work hard, have a burning desire, and be teachable. We are all on our own journeys so dont get caught in the trap of comparing yourselves to others and dont box yourself in by the standards of who your loved ones think you are or who they think you should be. Dont let anyone steal your dreams or try and dictate your future! Be who God has called you to be and enjoy the journey! Now go out there and be driven, be an inspiration, and be teachable! I believe in you
