It worked! Last night I made roast beef and as per usual there was left meat and oddly potatoes to. So I saved the beef juices and used 1 cup of the juices, 2 table spoon of mustard, 2 table spoon of tomato paste, 2 large carrots julianed and 5 large mushrooms I used swiss brown as that is what I had. I stuck it into the baby woolies sc. I waited until it started to cook down then added the cut up beef. Thickened it at end with corn flour. I blind baked the pie bases and added the meat. Cut up the left over road potatoes and popped them on top then sprinkled with cheese and cooked until cheese melted. Just thought I would share a left overs recipe. It was cooked in sc and oven.
