It would be advisable for bicyclists to avoid Rio Salado westbound between Rural and Mill. Its partially concrete barricaded down to one lane (and presumably will stay that way for awhile). Theres a temporary striped bike lane, but the overall lane width is fairly narrow and the construction can be distracting to motorists. If we were to ride it, wed take the lane completely to mitigate the risks. For an alternate either use the south side Town Lake path or go south to 6th street.
