It would be useful to let persons who are interested know the following : Dynamic Airways is a totally American owned and operated USA carrier. Roraima Airways is a totally Guyanese owned and operate Guyanese Carrier . Dynamic Airways was recently (within the last year ) bought by these new owners . Dynamic Airways own and operate Six Boeing wide bodies 767s Dynamic Airways primarily operate as a charter airline . They presently are flying all over the world doing charters. After the suspension of its services to Guyana , Dynamic planes were relocated and are now busy flying charters . Dynamic Airways is presently undergoing an internal reorganization to prepare them to operate as a schedule USA CARRIER . Dynamic Airways is committed to operating a schedule service using Guyana as a base. The plan is to operate 5 direct flights to New York , 2 direct flights to Toronto and 4 direct flights to Barbados weekly. Cargo will be a major focus of this operation. 25 Guyanese flight attendants have just completed 3 weeks of intensive training in North Carolina. These represent the first batch . Another 25 will begin training shortly. These flight attendants will be based in Guyana. Dynamic Airways is gearing for a possible November 2014 restart. I am meeting with the senior Management team of Dynamic next week in North Carolina. My intention is to keep Guyana in their focus as well as to work with them to ensure that all the logistics are firmly in place. All passengers that started their travel with Dynamic were protected on other carriers. All passengers that bought tickets but did not begin their journey were refunded.
