It wouldnt be fair or ethical if I only posted pictures of myself when Im at my leanest. I also dont have a problem with admitting that I gained 8lbs while on my cruise last week. Hey Im made of blood, flesh, and I have a heartbeat which makes me HUMAN. Whenever I gain just a tad bit of weight, it goes directly to my stomach. On the flip side, Ive learned how to lose belly fat FAST so Im not stressing over it. This is a picture of me the day before my cruise vs yesterday (I was probably bigger but I didnt take a pic until yesterday). Ive already lost 2lbs and Im determined to get back to my normal size. Im going to post a belly pic on Sunday so that I can hold myself accountable. If you are looking to shed a few lbs or burn belly fat, let me know. I have another fitness support group starting in a few days and I can only invite 10 people.
